We had a guy up by me buy a few acres of land. He was from Florida. A couple of days after closing on the property he shows up with an excavator and some chain saws. Clearcuts the land on Saturday & Sunday. Monday morning the town was out there along with the DEC, DEP and police. As soon as he showed up he was l;ed away in handcuffs. Equipment seized and he was remained on bail. He bought a parcle of land that was designated Wetlands.

I find it ironic that he was from Florida!!! Though only us Northerners get swooped up into that Swamp Land situation,

The handcuff thing would definetely be in effect. We'll be dancing with the state and local authorities all spring to try and get this thing sorted out. Thanks again for your input and I'll keep you guys up to speed.
