Large Retention Lake/ Private Road Cost
I need 4 acre retention lake /2700 ft of private road /sidewalks/ curves storm sewers/ water mains/ and sewer lines. I'm creating 10 pads for a hotel / shopping center /bank and medical building. Bank wants to know my budget . The only area I'm not sure of is water and sewer.
Am I close thinking I can get it all done for $1.2 million |

No way on telling without seeing a set of plans for cuts and fills also we need to see the elevations for sewer and water.

Re: Large Retention Lake/ Private Road Cost
This is flat farmland with maybe an 6 foot difference in elevation that is why I can't understood the need for 4 arces of retention.

Re: Large Retention Lake/ Private Road Cost
an internet forum isn't the place to get budget numbers. go to a local site development contractor or civil engineer.

i'll do it for $14.99 PLUS, if you sign now, i'll SUPERSIZE that retention pond, you won't get a 4 acre pond.....but 8!, but you must order now operators are standing by to take your order. some restrictions may apply

Re: Large Retention Lake/ Private Road Cost
Here, retention ponds are used to control flooding and recharge the freshwater aquifer. When building in swamps, the creation of ponds/canals also provides a large portion of the fill needed to bring the grade up to code. Waterfront property is also more valuable.
