BTW, I went to Arthur Ave and went to Dominicks Thursday night. After we stuffed ourselves on pasta, antipasta, 6 loafs of bread, baked stuffed clams, chicken scarpiello, and a bottle of red, we went up 2 blocks to a cafe for capaccino and canolli's. Then we exersized it off by walking an entire 1 block and driving home to go to bed

Well today is dandelion soup to start,

Then lamb done on the barbeque (don't say you don't like lamb until you try this) baby potatoes roasted with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper, and peas sauteed in olive oil, panchetta and garlic, bread and wine.

Riccotta cheese pie, pinnoli cookies, cookies and candies

All home made.

Why? because of the abundance of love shown to my family by God this is all prepared with talents he gave to us to say "we love you Lord and thank you"

BURP!!!

Me and Eddie just got done eating 1/2 of one of those solid chocolate bunnies.

I was going to try and post a photo of one Happy Easter egg, but I didn't get to my office yesterday.

So,

Happy Easter everyone!!!

Enjoy your family dinner with those that you care about.

Eddie was so excited this morning when he woke up. The Easter Bunny ate the entire plate of lettuce and drank the whole cup of water. Eddie found the entire 1 1/2 dozen eggs we colored last night and every one that he found was more exciting than the previous one.

Also, in my very best Peter Cottontail voice, I had quite a few phone calls to make to some friends children. We had it arranged, especially for the little ones that are doubting the Easter Bunny, that I would call from the Easter Bunnies office and talk with them about Easter and the gift baskets.

While I was on the phone with them, I got a phone call from the Easter Bunny doing his basket deliveries and would tell them where the basket was hidden.

No more doubters left for this year.

The Mommies and Daddies said that it made their childrens day.
