G6 Allis

Anyone have any basic numbers on a G6 Allis trac loader? Here I go again, but I saw one on eBay, 250 miles from me, and the guy has no idea of weight...6 foot wide bucket...diesel, but not a Detroit....anyone know anything about one of these antiques? And don't start on me about old, tired iron...I like the stuff!

Re: G6 Allis

Jay,

That is a tracked loader? I think a friend of mine got one as a barter for some welding he did. It was a HD6G I think. It looked the size of an early 941 Cat loader. 20,000 LBS ?? 80 HP ?. I don't know what type tranny.

I would be careful unless there is a dealer who was and is into Allis Chalmers / Fiat Allis machines.

I know you didn't want to hear it.
