Re: Frost In The Ground
JMIC,
We are only 50 miles due north. The frost is in the exposed areas and disturbed ground. It was cold feeling today, snow flurries all day. Spring? Nick |

I know exactly where you are, nice area there. I use to go through there all the time on my way up to Canada snowmobiling. I also know there can be a pretty big difference in temps in these 50 miles. Hopefully the nice weather will shortly be with us and we'll be able to make some headway. Take care! Perforated pipe.....I'll be damned!

Re: Frost In The Ground
Nick,
No signs of any frost left in the ground here. How about up in the northern corner of the state, any frost left where you are?

Re: Frost In The Ground
Joe,
yesterday I went over to a job we left in December and the work is on the north side. My bar went in 6" and that was it. I don't think its to hard. It should be gone soon. Every where the sun hits the ground its gone. Almost got to shirt sleeves today. Nick |

Re: Frost In The Ground
March 8, 2006
11:00 AM went thru a small snow squall in Goshen CT this morning. Yesterday went to look at a job that is on the north sie of a mountain thats heavily wooded with big pines. I walked with the owner around back of his house, there were two piles of snow! stuck a bar in the ground. It's Frozen! Nick Last edited by denick; 04-08-2006 at 03:15 PM. |

Re: Frost In The Ground
HHmmmm. Snowed there on Wed? Here most of the snow is gone and the yard is drying up. Doesnt that seem backwards, weatherwise that is? Still have frost at night tho.
