Re: Construction Equipment Operator

he has been a pipe layer for some time,, and a top man for just as long. he was commendable at both. he ( or she ) will be mature in character and not just years. not a showboat or what we call a "dirt slinger". easy on his machine but productive. eyes like a hawk in search of each and every flourescent vest, at each and every cycle of his machine. his shift starts with his PM checks and THEN he begins warmup. patient types, thinkers, been there,,,,,, . all of them claim such traits at the interview, but,,, uh,,,, well yall know what i mean lol

An good equipment operator in my opinion would be someone that should be able to take a site plan given to him and be able to complete any task that needs to be done, along with ordering whatever materials needed to complete such task.

Re: Construction Equipment Operator

Someone who can perform all aspects of excavation and operate any piece of equipment. They also must be able to operate it in the fastest, but safest way possible without tearing the machine up.
