Commerical Retaining Walls...
I am interested in getting into commerical retaining walls. Up to this point, I have only done residential work. How to I get to bid on these project? Do I need to use one of those online services that want 50 bucks a month to tell me when projects are up to bid?

Re: Commerical Retaining Walls...
We dabble in commercial work and have done many retainaing walls but, don't expect to be paid the same for commercial work that you do for residential work. We find it's all about who you know as far as leads. Most projects that you pay to find invlove a GC who already has their own subs. If not try munciple. We just bid a small 3000 square foot wall and came in 3rd. Good luck!
