Books
Have you read,
Moving the Earth, now in the 5th Edition. By Herbert L. Nichols, 21 chapters, almost 1300 pages. All the basics about the excavation business. Quite a bit of history. Caterpillar Performance Handbook. It has everything about everything CAT makes, owning and operating information and formulas. Ask a caterpillar salesman they can get you one. Even if you don't own Cat it could be helpful. They should be able to get 1 or 2 year old ones for free. Nick |
