Bobcat T300?

I'm thinking about upgrading from my present T200 to the T300 model. Anyone have any opinions? Thanks!

Re: Bobcat T300?

I rented a t330 from bobcat last summer and it was a really impressive machine. I moved around 2500 yrds + or - of dirt in a week I didn’t really get an exact measurement of the amount I had to move because it was my own project. I’ve run smaller bobcats in the past but was really impressed with this one. I don’t know what you have planned for it but I think it preformed really well and had plenty of power.

I would recommend taking a look at the cats though. I ran a cat skid steer after I ran the bobcat and I really liked the cat joystick controls. The bobcat had both controls but they are not the same as the cats. The controls are hard to explain but if you operated it you would understand.

I am just getting to know my T200 well...probably be several years before I can upgrade again.

So....what are you getting with the upgrade you don't have now?

joasis... 20HP, a radio, about 2500 less hours.... Ive put over 10K in repairs in the machine in just over a year. Starting to burn quite a bit of oil too so its time to go away i think...... That 10K should have gone toward a machine instead....

I can see that. The HP increase from my 763G is still pretty neat to me.

I am pretty satisfied with the 200, and since it is a 2200 hour machine, I hope it holds me for awhile. I have only put a few hundred hours a year on the last one.

I run a t320 and it is a beast of a machine, i ran a 200 a while back and it was deffintley a nice machine... I just like being able to load 10 wheelers without having to make a ramp, makes my life alot easier. By the way what do you use the 200 for now?

Re: Bobcat T300?

Does that t320 have roller suspension? If so how much smoother is it? One gripe about our a300 joystick controls is that it is difficult to shake the dirt out of the bucket same problems with the t320?

Re: Bobcat T300?

yeah i got one of the new ones... with the roller suspension =). Mine has the selectable joy stick control, it can be used as normal bobcat skid pattern or left side controls motion and right side controls arm and attachments (H or cat pattern i think its called)... i use the latter more often and no ive never had a problem with dumping the bucket except for wet and heavy clay like **** thats a nightmare to work with.
