Bob Cat S220 With Extra Grapple Bucket, And Forks
Latest project #1 remove about 50 yds. fill and dispose .#2 spread about
15 yds 3/4" gravel . #3 build 3Ft' 6" tall gravity wall 100 ft long , 4" perf. pipe w/filter fab and drain rock.#4 trex deck about 350 sq. ft. install cust. supplied 7' x 7' spa. this includes shower monument w/hot cold and 20 gal. water heater . deck has conc. slab. #5 run tite line about 100 ft to curb ,picking up 7 roof downleaders along the way.#6 remove and dump about 800 sq. ft. of 3 1/2"unreinforced concrete slab. this is stage #1 of project. Price about $47,000. Level access ,side yards about 7 ft. wide Have a full size backhoe ,but useless on this one. Rented bob cat ,use them a lot. AWESOME MACHINE . KICKS ASS. There is just too much stuff there and without looking at the site to give a accurate price.
I would be looking at how long it would take you to complete all of the tasks and figure a daily rate times the amount of days for each piece of equipment and laborers plus cost of materials.
