Base salary 50-95k depending on experience, education, involvement and project $$$ bid. Company truck.....401k.......performance incentive ie. profit based commission or profit sharing. These are the things that attract good estimators. Keep in mind that estimators with experience come with a lengthy list of contacts and will do more than just spit out bids. They will expand the list of people you do business with in most cases.
