I have a log home to p.wash soon,I use a bleach mix, my question is will there be any problems with fading/discolor on this type of decking, the deck is new,and I plan on wetting down the deck first

Simple answer: most likely yes.

I know there's better than bleach, but I'm not the pro on that part, yet.

Maybe tarp the deck, or offer a discount for doing the deck & house?

Bleach is often used in cleaning of composite decking; however, there may be some fading of colors that will result.

Yes, there are better methods than bleach.

Prewet the deck before you apply your mix to the house, then quickly rinse after spraying chemicals onto the house. If your chemical application is a lengthy one, you may want to stop to rinse any overspray from decking surface.

Basically, under most normal circumstances, don't let it hit the decking dry, or don't let it dwell on the surface and you should be fine, always do a follow up rinse.

You may want to mention cleaning the deck at a discounted price as part of a total package.
