pressure reducing

Can anyone tell me how much the pressure is reduced on 3000 psi washer when using the white tip (40 degree)? Is there a formula to tell you this?

a 40degree tip is about one third the power of a 15degree yellow tip. I just used a ratio.

What I was actually trying to find out is how much of the washer's psi rating is coming from each tip.
