Pennsylvania Roof Cleaning & Pressure Washing

My company, The Roof Cleaners LLC, is located in Chester County Pennsylvania. We offer non pressure roof cleaning in Pennsylvania, Delaware & Maryland. We also offer house washing, concrete cleaning and wood restoration. I am new to this forum so I thought I would post a few pictures of our work.

Sorry Gene. It wasn't meant as an advertisement. I am new to this board, but not to the industry. I hate being the "new guy" to an established community. Sometimes posting pictures of some of your work seems to give you at least a little credibility.

Point taken.

Thanks Mark. There is a ton of good information on this board. It is also nice to network with other people in your trade and other local contractors. I have been getting a lot of referrals from other local contractors and referring those same guys to my own customers. It is a cheap and effective way of advertising.

Re: Pennsylvania Roof Cleaning & Pressure Washing

You are right Pat. I don't seem to have enough time in my days to even scratch the surface here. I'm actually looking forward to the winter when my roof cleaning slows down here in PA. I'm planning on a really big year next year with expansion on all of my services, and a lot of what I am planning has come from what I have researched on these boards.

Although, as much as I think I am coming to the end of the season, I keep getting more and more roof cleaning calls. I got 3 more yesterday

Me too. Next week I have 2 house washes, 3 roof cleanings. driveway cleaning, deck cleaning, gutter clean and calls are still coming in. Oh and I have to prep a house for sale for an out of state owner which includes doing some landscaping for him. Make it pretty..... Lots of makeup. LOL

Wow that looks rally nice.

Will you be able to share what type of chemical are you using on asphalt shingles and what pressure?

Another question.

What is the best way to clean brick or stone after a fire. Sometimes we run into job where customer wants us to do it in addition to siding installation.

Thanks

I use the chemicals recommended by the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association and I don't use any pressure at all. The right cleaners don't require pressure.

My main business is roof cleaning here in PA. I honestly can't say that I have had any brick or stone cleaning after a fire. I'm assuming you are trying to clean the soot off of those surfaces. I would think that a regular house wash mix would remove most of it. Then you may have to use a product geared just toward removing those types of stains to remove any residual. TSP is used for removing soot. Safe Restore might be a good option for it also.

Brian

Thanks
I hope that answers your questions.
