Painting REO Properties

Has anyone had luck getting work with real estate agents who list REO (bank owned homes) properties? The housing market is taking a dive and foreclosures are on the rise.

We have started rehabing and maintaining vacant bank owned homes in South Florida and it has been a great ride. Alot of times the banks want the homes to get fresh paint and carpet and we have been staying very busy.

I would love to hear stories of your success in this area.

We service Boca Raton, Coral Srings, Pompano Beach, Boynton Beach, Palm Beach and Broward County with REO Property Preservation. there REO Properties. Alpha Omega Contractors eric@alphaomegacontractors.com

I know this Jamaican dude who does a gun-n-run for $299, you buy the paint. By the way, nothing gets masked. He just tries not to spray too much on the window glass and the cabinets. The switches, receptacles, and doorknobs are all gonna be white. This is not a joke. He stays pretty busy with the slumlords.
