Opinions On Delta DT2400CS

I'm looking at a used DT2400CS with a $150 price tag. 5.5HP Honda GCV160 engine and a DeVilbiss/Dewalt D27964 'oil-free' pump. I got some good pictures and it looks to be in good condition. I'll only be using it from time to time on equipment and siding/driveways/sidewalks. I'm trying to talk the guy down to $100 as well. I admit, I'm a lowballer, when it comes to purchasing the equipment. Anyone have this sprayer or have any reviews on it?
