Online source for PW'er?

I've checked out Northern Tools, but the shipping rates are plenty salty. Some paint sprayer sites also sell PW'ers, but haven't found a buy that seems right to me. The selection among our locals is pretty sad... Lowes and HD carry a bigger selection than most lawn mower/weed eater/small engine shops.

Can anyone recommend an online source for pressure washers??

steve

www.mobicleaninc.com is also a good one.

Scroll down the first page and check out the 30 hp dual man rig that flows 12 gpm. That's CHEAP! They have small 4 gpm units too. Owner's name is Paul Kasander. Good guy.

I don't need anything THAT big!! I'm looking in the 2500 PSI/2.5 Gallon range.

Thanks for the replies, though.

Steve, I have a 2500psi 2.5 gal unit from HD that works fine.

When I upgraded to an entry level professional machine, Paul at mobicleaninc.com was very helpful and that's where I bought machine #2.

Read threads on pro BB thegrimescene.com before you decide.

I have a Black Knight 20HP Honda electric start, diesel burner, 5.5 gal/min, 3500 PSI trailer mounted hot water pressure washer. It is belt driven and heats water to 240+ degrees. $4900

I also have a Black Knight 13HP Honda, 4 gal/min, 4000 PSI, belt driven cold water pressure washer. $1500

We use a 24" Steel Eagle surface cleaner. $800

It cleans well....

We do mostly commercial accounts like restaurants, Assisted Living Homes, and Hotels.

Lowes and HD sells that kind of stuff all the time. Northern Tool does too. Just don't expect to much out of them.

HD makes a 3800psi DeWalt with a Honda 390-GX engine and a CAT pump which everyone knows that CAT pumps are 1 of the best pumps money can buy...the price is 999.00....but if you go out to E-BAY, you can find 10% off cards for HD and do a buy it now for like 3 or 4 dollars, that will give you 100 dollars off...brings it down to 899.00 i searched high and low on the internet and at stores...i did a LOT of research before buying mine and that was buy far and away the best buy for my money

I too once owned that P/W. It was branded differently back then, not a DeWalt, but still the same. Quite a good little Beast!

spraymall.com has some decent deals.

I bought one of my machines from them. I have had it for four years with no problems.

It was--and still is--an Excel washer. HD/Dewalt just relabled it.

It is a good motor and pump, but they cut the corners on the cart (and probably the gun and hose too).
