Need Advise From The Pro's

Painter here,
Wash allot, but mostly houses. Got a gas station to bid.
My question is the surface where the cars pull up to fill up, they want hot water.. (i'm a cold water guy) can I use cold with chemicals? or must I use hot? And if so... what chemical should I use?

Thanks in advance!

P.S Anyone in the mass area I can sub it out to, if need be?

LOL, sorry Kelly.. I didn't see this one.

Pass on this job. Not only do you need hot water but you need reclaim equipment. The fine for violating the EPA's clean water act is like 10 g's and possible jail time for a first offense. It applies to washing anything, anywhere but is much more enforced with gas stations. This is a federal law.

We don't do any gas stations. Reclaiming is required and we don't use chemicals and we dont reclaim yet, we only use heat. Well, we may use some Simple Green every once and a while but heat really does the trick most of the time. Simple Green is biodegradable.
