Mobile Homes

I primarily clean new construction homes. I have a few existing homes to clean through real estate companies. I bought a pressure washer last year and added cleaning drive ways and sidewalks for existing homes.

Yesterday I was looking for my son a truck and a guy ask me if I clean mobile homes. I told him that I had not cleaned a mobile home before but I would look at it. I walked it off, it is about 20' x 25'.

What is used to remove mold and mildew from mobile homes?

It the price based on the sq ft? If not, what do you base the price on?

Where would I look up a national/state average for this type of work?

I did a search for mobile homes but could not find any threads on them. If there are some please reference the threads.

Thank you.

:You might get some responses if you were to fill out your signature info. That lets people know if you are a contractor or not, & where you live.

I do apologize fireguy for not filling out my info. I went back to profile but was unable to figure out how to change/add to it. I guess that question will go to technical assistance and I will do as you suggest. You will have to pardon my ignorance on forums - I am about a half a generation old and my computer - back in the day - was a typewriter.
But I don't feel as ignorant as I did last week - my dog found an old typewriter ribbon and half way chewed it up - one of my crew members and my son both ask what it was....

I am old school - typewriters and straw brooms - but I am still learning (computers, talking cars and phones you can actually carry with you!) so if i didn't follow proper protocol I do apologize.

Cleveman- although your motto would get a lot of attention and it is quite catchy, i think I will stay with the motto i have had since opening
"Let Us Help You Close". Maybe if I decide to go strictly pressure washing I could use your suggestion, did you happen to purchase the Trailer Trash Barbie before they took her off the shelves? I could glue her to the top of my truck holding your motto. I will put that in my new idea's folder.

Thank you for your responses. I just keep learning everyday. I guess this thread needs to be moved or deleted or edited since it has no bearing on pressure washing.

BTW - I opened SunSet Cleaning Service in April of '07. My location is Huntsville AL - Madison County. My primary business is cleaning post construction. Secondary is turnkey cleaning (move in/move outs). I will try to add the info to my profile.

Thank you for the site giftcard, I appreciate it.

Although I may not be able to help you with pricing, seeing as prices fluctuate with each market and its location, I may be able to help you with some technical support or training needs that you may have in regards to chemicals or procedures for pressure washing.

Give me a call any time. My name is Tom Connelly and my number is (828) 413-2642
