Mineral Stains On Brick

WHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO GET RID OF HARD WATER STAINS FROM LAWN SPRINKLERS I KNOW THAT THERE IS SOME CHEMICAL THAT I CAN USE IN MY POWER WASHER.

Acid. But don't run it through your pump. Use very low pressure to rinse. And pre-wet the brick so you don't burn it.

they can set you straight real fast. And make it very easy.

It mostly depends on how bad the stains are. Different degrees may mean different measures.

Yeh that is like removing rust. depending on how bad it is there are different acids you can use. Just be careful with the stronger ones because you can etch the bricks if they are not used properly.

HOME-D usually carries a product called rust aid, it works fairly well on mineral deposits most of the time, it's oxalic acid so do a test area real quick, I keep a bottle in my truck at all times and sell rust removal at jobs when needed, it usually melts right off instantly.
