Commercial Non Pressure Tile Roof Cleaning Palm Harbor Florida

Here's some pics of a Dentist's office we did a few weeks ago in Palm Harbor, Florida. Square footage was around 6,500. The walkways were pressure washed with hot water and treated with a mildecide as well.

Non Pressure Roof Cleaning In New Port Richey, Fl

WE do quite a lot of Palm Harbor, FL Residential and Commercial Tile Roof Cleaning
Unfortunately, we are having a heck of a time posting pictures here.
We use a lot of detergent to get roofs clean enough for our standards.

When you guys do roofs, do you have to rinse the whole building?

We keep the building wet during the cleaning.
This dilutes any run off that might get on paint, etc.
We ALWAYS use at least two men.
We are a real roof cleaning company, not an individual pressure washing guy who cleans roofs.
Cleaning roofs with only one person is an invitation for disaster.

looks great!
I have 'staining' on my shingles - how would I combat that? maybe I'll take a picture and post it so someone can give me a better idea. There's a tree in the front of the house, I'm sure the leaves had something to do with it.

It is algae growing on it.
If it is not too bad, some Bleach with TSP will take care of it.
You can apply with a pump sprayer.
Spray the solution on, and give it ten to 15 minutes to work.
Then re apply, and do same.
It will clean eventually.
