storage locker temperatures?

We are bidding on a larger project at a storage locker facility with open cage lockers. While we have done a lot of commercial projects, never a storage locker and we want to make sure we adequately cool & heat the facility. What does the temperature need to cool to, 58 degrees? Also, what should the relative humidity be? Quick responses are greatly appreciated.

This does sound like a question that you SHOULD know the answer to.
