Space requirements Traxe XB1000

We are thinking of expanding our deck on our townhome. My question is (local code aside) what is the minimum clearance required by Trane for an XB 1000? My reasoning is that we will be quite close to it and I want to make sure we have enough clearance. I am checking with the local building inspector, but since he's taking so long to get back to me, I'm pretty sure he doesn't know.

Any ideas??

Trane states a minimum of 12" from any wall or surrounding shrubbery to insure adequate airflow. Also, clearance must be provided in front of the control box and any other side requiring service access to meet NEC requiremnets. Hope this helps.
