Sizing duct questions

Hello,
I am a mech contractor in Michigan (do not do sheet metal). I was asked by some friends (drinking buddies) to help solve a cigarette smoke problem at thier club. I suggested adding a air to air energy recovery unit (100% outside air) to match the existing AHU.

Ruud Model#: UKKA-A073DL13E. (2800 cfm)
Bldg Size: 39' x 39' x 9'6"= 14,692 Cubic Ft.
Capacity: 125 max. Normal:50
Building used average of 5 hrs. per day.

Questions;

1. What size duct is needed to supply the 2800 cfm to the building?

2. What size duct is needed for the recovery ventilator?

thank you

John

bring the prints into a local heating supply house and ask for a load calc.

There will be many variables for your particular situation and they will adress them and provide you with the answers.
