Plumbing And Hvac Costs

I have a customer that would like me to be the General on a new home, I need to tell the customer a approx. cost for a Oil fired Boiler and Central Air conditioning. As well as the plumbing costs for the 2 bathrooms, and One kitchen. The home is a 2 story 2800sqft Gambrel with 2x6 wall frame and 2x12 TGI joists....anyone want to take a poke at a price for me? Any feed back would be helpfull, I have built many homes I just havent any Idea what that part would cost.

Well with all that detail is should be easy. Seven million in small unmarked bill in advance.
A lot depends on your area of the country.

I could see 18 - 20,000 around here.

So, no plumbing in the "many" other homes you built?

Those who live in glass houses should not throw stones..... I have found that you'll get alot of great and educated answers from this forum....... Some not so educated, but willing to answer anyway.
