Need help on finding the DTD of my area

Anyone know where to find the DTD charts to figure out the HTM values? I'm trying to use the ACCA J method of estimating the btu's I need for my hydro air system. I got the website from HeatPro off of here and I'm trying to input my data to get the estimate. I went to the ASHRAE website to look for the DTD chart and had no luck. Thanks.

Where are you located? The DTD depends on the city nearest you.

You might ask the local librarian and other local agencies to find the
average coldest design temperatures for the year.

ok, thanks heatpro. I'm in marlboro ny, its kind of the midpoint between kingston and ny city which are 2 degrees and 15 degrees according to the chart, so I'll assume I'm in the middle.
