Need advice for best heat source for my new office.

I built an office in my non heated mortan building. The room is a fully insulated 10x13 with 8 ft ceilings. i want to keep a constant 50 deg. and be able to turn it up to 70 and have it warm within 20 min or so. I need some expert opinions on what type of electric heating unit to use. 220v or 110 base board heater? fan forced wall mount (like the ones in vestubles)? would just some portable space heaters keep it warm? It gets cold here its 4 deg outside right now. would this work http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/...48&N=409+90401

How much money do you want to spend? I know. Not much right?

Anyway, is there any heating plant in the building at all? I doubt you want to go for a full hydronic install so either electric of some sort or a gas fired furnace or space heater will be the best option. Personally if it was me I'd put in a small gas space heater or a Monitor.

The hd unit you are looking at is too small

110 will cost the same to run as 220 but you can run a smaller wire to a 220 of the same size. If you can get propane in your area use a radiant heater it will heat the area and not the air. 25 to 35 btu's should do nicely. These are larger than the space requires but will give you fast recovery.
