Master Wrap $400 A Ft?


Is this right. Damn expensive. It is for wrapping grease duct.

Is this the insulation for the exhaust duct off of a commercial hood?

yes. inspector wanted 3 feet on intake and exhaust at roof penetration.
$2600. I would hate to pay for for the whole run, 14K OUCH.

We did a job at a new restaurant and the insulation on an exhaust hood duct was approx. $200 for a 2'x25' roll. My material cost.

BTW......It was 1 1/2" thick..

Was it fire proof? Brand name? Materwrap seems to be the norm around here.
