HVAC Sizing
Hey Guys. Need some advice. I am a GC and I have a client who replaced one of his units at the beach a couple of years ago. Seems like his power bill is higher than it used to be. I got the information off of the units and size of house and size and location of windows. Any ideas of where I can check to see if the unit is sized right without having to call a local HVAC guy? Do not trust the locals too much around here. Also I don't want a rule of thumb.
Did a survey with a thermacam and things look pretty good. There are some insulation holes but not enough to speak of. thanks in advance |
