Hot Water Boiler, Burners Shutting Off

Need help on a hot water boiler, it is spark ignition, the boiler pretty much is sending 24v to the gas valve which I guess the spark box is ok and also it is sparking and lighting up the burners, but what then happens is the burners turn on for a few seconds then shut off immediatley, the b&g 100 pump is working properly but not heating up the apartment, please help

your stat runs the b&g pump even without the burner running the flame is controlled by the hi limit in the tank.check all your connections in and around the gas valve that thing calls sparks pilot lights and proofs the burner either the sensor is loose into the gas valve or carboned wipe it with a piece of sandpaper make sure that pilot flme is right on the sensor..check those terminals on the valve also might be loose

What type of boiler are we talking here? Is it power vented or direct vent?

Clean pilot so its nice and strong then yes clean flame rod with some sandcloth. If flame signal to control module is'nt sensed within so many secs .you won't get main burner.
