Help-Split Wine Cooler In Cold Climates

I built a wine cooler room in my customers basement last year. It is cooled by a Breezaire 4000 split system , meaning condensor is outside with line set. MY refrig. contractor installed, used hot shot for refrigerant all is good until it gets cold outside. I heard there are heaters available but cant find any info. Anyone have any experience with this problem? Is moving the condensor into another part of the basement a good idea. Thanks
