Which Heater?

I am going to heat my 30x40 pole barn, but haven't decided on a furnace yet. I have R19 in the walls and will have insulation blown in the ceiling. I have one of these (45000 btu) in my garage and it works, but will the bigger 75000 here heat ok? Any other suggestions?
