Heat Requirements

I have a small room that I use for drying finishes. It is 8'W x 12'L x 9'H. I plan on using electric heat with a capilary thermostat. How many watts of heating will it require to keep the room at 80-85ºF. The walls are 2x4 construction with r-13, the ceiling will have r-38 or greater. This is a room within a large bay garage. The minimum temperature that will suround the room will be 45ºF, that is the bay is kept at least 45ºF during the winter months. It has one doorway that is 4' x 7' with an 3/4" thick MDF door. I would prefer radiant heat over something with a blower. I need to keep the air somewhat stagnant for solvent pop free finishes. I have a fan to circulate the air when needed. Thanks.
