Hallamrk "O" Burner Not Running Right

Hi My name is John and im from the UK on vacation at my daughters in SC. Her Hallamrk furnace (oil) is not runninmg corrcectly in that it requires resetting 1/2 trimes to get it to run. It appears overaired but reducing the air has no real apprreciable effect. Pump pressure has been varied from 110 to 135 PSi but unit still pulsates on start. Nozzle has been changed with 1.0 USG/hr 80"S and 1.0USG/hr 80"H.Still not right. When eventually warmed up ts ok?

Any ideas would be gratefully received Thanks John
