Goodman Vent Fan Cycles

I have a Goodman GD-075 series furnace, the powered vent fan cycles for a few seconds every 10 or so seconds. Is this a control board failure?

Re: Goodman Vent Fan Cycles

Assuming this is only happening during a call for heat, I would remove the leads from the motor and check the voltage. Then make sure the wiring connections from the board to the motor are good. Many times, the problem is simply a matter of a loose connection. If unit still cycles, it is likely the board is bad. Good luck
