Goodman Furnace


is this a good brand,
My field is not HVAC, but a friend of mine installs these and I'm concidering

They are decent furnaces.....The metal on them is a little thin but that is the same with most lower priced furnaces.

Hope their good, I just installed one myself. lol

Question though.....The air being blown out the top of the furance from around the heat exchangers vary in temp. One side or edge is actually cool while the center and other side is quite warm. Is this normal or do I have a problem?????????????/

I realize the air will all get mixed up once it gets blown down the plentum but it seems it shouldn't be much of a difference. Just fired up the furnace with the top open and not connected to the plentum, was just testing out. Oh yes, it is a two stage 92k 96% furnace, almost forgot.
