GE hi pressure forced air system

Hi everyone

I had a relative ask me to put a cople of heat runs in when they fininish their basement, Their house was built in the fifties and they have a hi pressure ge system (some people call them dubie systems)the way it works is the plentum goes into a junction box everything is a run of 4 in off the junction box the defusers are in the wall and have a flapper and spring that pops open when it reaches pressure.

The system works good I am scared to touch it, is there still some type of defuser that is still made to use on this system ,dose anybody have any experience with them? anybody know how to do a calculation on them ,only guy I knew who probably put it in is dead.

I am starting to think about electric baseboard!
