Furnace Problem

Goodman Mod. GMP 075-4, $ blinks = open limit switch!
Venter blower and main blower will not shut off !
Do I need a new switch?

Limit switches run hot on that furnace because the blower does not distribute the air evenly over the heat exchanger. That is the worst furnace ever built and you would be doing yourself a favor to replace it.........with something like an Amana.

Try jumping it out, or shut unit down and reset system.
Limits are replaceable, they can go but check for proper air flow thru the unit.
Filters and AC coils.
