Electric radiant heat under laminate floor.

I am starting to remodel a bedroom that has electric baseboard heat. The baseboard heaters limit where furniture can be placed. I will be installing laminate flooring. The owner asked if there was any type heat that could be placed under the laminate flooring. the laminate will be laid over a wood subfloor. The floor has R19 fiberglass between the joists. What options are there & will it work well & hold up?

There are several electric radiant systems that are made for use below a floating laminate floor. These are similar systems to those for use under tile.

Here is one manufacturer:

Thanks for the replies & the link. I have been researching on the internet. There are a lot of different systems. Maybe the remodeling show will have some I can look at.

Zmesh on top of the plywood, directly under laminate

You can use Zmesh low voltage directly under the laminate. If you need to, it can also be nailed through anywhere without damaging the element.
