ductless

hey guys.I've got a cust. here who needs a ductless a/c, no problem installed these units b4,however he wants to use it for heating as well.Am i looking at 1 of those hotel combo wall units or what? Any suggestions appreciated thanks

They make ductless mini-splits in a heat pump version. No problem. Just need to tell your supply house that's the one you want.

If you desire to use the hotel type, PTAC's, then you can go that route if you want to. The heating mode in those are normally just straight electric resistance heat. A bit more expensive to operate, but very reliable.

Use a heat-pump mini split but I would order it with an electric element in it as well.

Thanks for the feedback!Thought of heat pump route,but the cold winters up here changed my mind.will look into that with the electric element. thanks again...

the mistibishi ductless offer the heat cool models.
