Does Any One Know What It Cost To Run A Service Man In The Hvac Feild Paying Him 25.00, Funishing New Truck, Medical Insurance, Taxes Etc.....

That would be a question for someone who uses the services of a local accountant that could handle contractor finances, including an HVAC contractor. The services of such an accountant would be sought and paid for his advice. A good starting point would be the costs of operation of a contractors own business, as the real needs of each employee are the same as any other worker, without the incentive of added profit. If someone tells you the cost would be 83 dollars an hour or 66 dollars an hour, that would mean nothing without listing every fixed and variable cost of your own business. Thus, a contractor wouldn't have to ask.
