Question

Commercial Duct Work Twisting


me and a guy are hanging commercial duct we both have 10+ years experiance between us when we come off the sicissor lift to look down at the duct work it looks twisted, we are very experienced at hammering duct work together, i dont get why it is twisted, the duct goes together easy with drives

Can you post a couple of pictures of the ductwork, so I can see if there are any mistakes?

Sounds like it was not square when they bent it up in the shop, if you knocked it together square and your hangers are level that is all it can be, is it slip and drive, ductmate or TDF ?, if the latter you are screwed, if either of the former you will be able to twist most of it out, with some effort.
