Can I Install A A Coil In A Down Flow Furnance
Can I install a A coil in a down flow furnance?. How much water run down the duct?. Is the top part of the coil going to freeze to much? .

Yes, we do it regularly.
Won't be any if you install it correctly. You must properly drain the "A" coil. Not if the system is correctly installed. |

How would you properly drain the A coil ?....My new downflow seems to have water blowing right off the coil and missing the drain pan....I had to seal the supply box and run a seperate drain hose........Is there a better idea?
