BTU requirements

Just looking for a ball park? What size BTU radiant heat boiler would you spec for a commercial building with these parameters: 50' deep x 60' wide ( 3000 SF ). Steel building with 10' side walls and roof ridge at 12' ( figure average 11' clg ). R-19 insulation walls and roof. Insulation thickness is compromised every 4' O.C. where it is sandwiched between the siding and structural members ( figure average R-10 ). (12) ground loops at 250' each and 1/2" diameter under 4" concrete slab. 3/8" styrofoam insulation under ground loops / slab. 5 degrees exterior temp minimum. a 2'x2' window and 2'6 x 6'8 door. Thanks for any help, karl
