Brand-Type of hot water BB oil boiler?

I believe I have decided to go with oil over propane.

With all of your experience I was wondering what boiler you would recommend or advise to stay away from.

I'm leaning towards a chimney instead of a power venter.

And some radiant in certain areas with baseboard in others.

It is a ranch,2400 sq/ft,some tray ceilings no real cathedral.open truss floor joists and for now an unfinished basement built in 1994.

Thank in advance guys!

That seems like a solid choice at 87% eff.

I also was looking at a peerless pinnacle.

But it is stainless steel instead of cast.Which is better?

And it is a condensing boiler.Any advantage or disadvatages.

I guess I just want to hear pros and cons of each.

Peerless doesn't make the Pinnacle gas boiler. Munchin/HTP makes it for them.
So I'm not sure if they make the oil boiler themselves either.

With all the trouble Munchins/Pinnicales had when they first came out.
I wouldn't recomend it, until it has a few more years of use in the field.

Biasi B10 with Honeywell Aq2000 control and Wilo Eco pumps is what I put in last Nov. Very Happy, especially with my oil bill
