Question Air purifier for Radiant Heating

Maybe someone can help me with this. If you were to use radiant floor heating, would you also need an air purifier of some sort so that air doesn't get stagnet? Is there somethig that pulls fresh air from outside?

It depends on the structure, the life style of the family etc. You could have a very tight home and have enough people in and out daily to supply the place with enough fresh air, it would not be a problem. On the other hand If you have a tight home, no one is ever home, you don't get fresh air, it could be a problem. A family could never need an exchanger then sell the place. The next owner may make inprovements and have a life style where one is needed.
