Advice: Having a very hard time breathing and sore throat.

I just worked on a job today where I cut strips of fibergalss insulation and wrapped them around a 14" HVAC duct. I did not sense I was breathing in any dust at the time ( I should have wore a mask). I only did it for a few hours. I seldom do this type of work, but at the end of the day in the 4 hours after leaving the job I went weezing a little to having a serious problelm breathing and a very sore throat. I am considering going to the hospital.

Can you please help me with advice. I do not know why the reaction was so strong. I am truglling very much now.

Thanks

Well, if your not dead by now get to the ER. My sister has a fiberglass allergy and reacts the same way, it's not a good thing.
