I'll see your violation and raise you two. This happened on the jobsite I am working on yesterday. Both in one day!

Yes, that is a stairwell below him, a CONCRETE stairwell.



I **** you not, they put one ladder up leaning left to put the other ladder on a step to lean to the right. I am not kidding, the guy went up this and the dude at the bottom let go.
