While riding our bikes around Boston early last weekend. I came across this mess. I could not believe some one would climb up that. It's 10' from the top of the sea wall to the water....full of rotted old pilings.
It looks like they used chain link fence hardware and some short anchor bolts to try and secure it to the building.

Wow!  no way I'd climb up that! I would be scared to death of getting empailed on one of those pilings.

Reason #218 for the customer to make sure the contractor is fully insured, and in effect.
Injury or death is lurking around the corner.

I've watched drywall finishers throw a 2X4 across a stairwell then tape and finish while standing on a bouncing and bowing plank and while wearing stilts.
