What bothers me is standing in one place for a long period.

I can PROBABLY out run you in the 40. But I can not do any distance.


I can squat with weight all day long. Carry bundles up a ladder.

I can stand, sit, move quite fine.

What I can not do is shovel or sweep without lower back pain the next day.
